We're looking for someone passionate about travel, with strong digital marketing skills and a flair for storytelling, to help bring the Island Hopping brand to life across multiple platforms.

Island Hopping operates unforgettable small group tours throughout Greece and Croatia. From party experiences for 18–39 year olds in Greece to active hiking tours across both countries, we showcase the authentic and unique side of each island we visit. Every trip is designed to connect like-minded travellers from around the world through memorable, meaningful experiences.

Working alongside the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will bring creativity and marketing know-how to help drive the company’s strategic goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and reporting on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube)
  • Community engagement across platforms
  • Content creation for digital campaigns, including short-form video content
  • Writing SEO-friendly copy
  • Website updates and CMS management
  • Email marketing strategy, scheduling and performance reporting
  • Supporting the execution of digital and direct marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with briefing and coordination of media collaborations (journalists, photographers, videographers & content creators)
  • Supporting on-ground marketing activations and branding initiatives

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and content scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with current social trends and platforms
  • A good eye for design and visual storytelling
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and organisational ability
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and data-led decision making
  • Experience with email platforms such as SendGrid (or similar)
  • A background or keen interest in travel and tourism
  • A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit
